·         Maintained and reported on projects along the TAPS (Trans-Alaska Pipeline System) Right of Way (ROW), IT projects at the Corporate Headquarters, an IT project at the Valdez Marine Terminal (VMT) and projects at multiple Pump Stations; PS01, PS05 and PS09.

·         Worked as a part of a PC Scheduling team that developed schedules for (2) TAPS Shutdowns during the summer of 2012.

DynCorp International LLC (LOGCAP IV Project) Lead Scheduler 06/2011 – 01/2012

 

·         Applied advanced scheduling and planning control techniques for multiple project schedules, utilizing Critical Path Method (CPM) for the ASAOR (Afghanistan South Area of Responsibility), in support of the US Army & NATO Allies from Kandahar Airfield (KAF), Afghanistan

·         Responsible for reviewing and compiling the, approx. 17,000 line item, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for reporting to the USG. The LOGCAP IV deliverables include: Theater Level Variance Report, Theater Master Schedule and other reports as requested.

·         Coordinated daily with the Cost Department in attempts to control Cost and Schedule performance.

·         Performed theater level technical scheduling control and development guidance to (8) Schedulers and approx. (140) active project schedules; all in support of a $1 Billion annual project.

·         Supported the implementation of a global Program Management solution through Primavera 6 Version 8.1 (EPPM).

 

Kellogg, Brown, & Root (KBR) (LOGCAP III Project) 05/2008 – 02/2011

 

·         Senior Scheduler / Planner – 08/2009 – 02/2011

 

·         Applied advanced scheduling and planning control techniques, utilizing Critical Path Method (CPM) for the United States Mission – Iraq (USMI), in support of the Department of State mission throughout Iraq and the International Zone, Baghdad.

·         Constructed an average of (5) Project Planning Schedules a week and controlled an average of (30) active project schedules for an approx. $400 Million annual budgeted Task Order.

·         Responsible for reviewing and compiling (2) separate Integrated Master Schedules, approx. 13,000 line items, for monthly reports, Variance and others as requested, which were submitted to Area of Responsibility (AOR) Management and Project Headquarters. Submitted reports are archived at Rock Island, IL by the United States Army Sustainment Command.

·         Performed a guidance role for Schedulers and Associate Schedulers, from schedule development, day to day monitoring duties, and the implementation of Microsoft Project Server 2007.

·         While in charge of the USMI AOR Scheduling Department, the department had a 98% “On Time” project closure rate. The LOGCAP III Award Fee Requirement being 95%.

·         Scheduler / Planner – 05/2008 – 08/2009

 

·         Monitored construction and site performed projects according to Critical Path Method (CPM), tracked material delivery, and performed schedule control analysis for the D&F AOR, which had an approx. $1 Billon annual budget at completion, supporting the US Military and NATO Allies.

·         Tasked with conferring with USG Representatives, Project Management, Construction Management, Site Management, and direct interaction with Customer (US Military).

·         Performed a guidance role for Associate Schedulers, from schedule development to day to day monitoring duties.

·         During this time, the D&F Scheduling Department never failed to meet the LOGCAP III Award Fee Requirement for closing projects “On Time”.
